
About Dr. Michael
Dr. Michael Wigton is a functional medical doctor with a PhD in Human Biology-Chemistry and a masters degree in nutrition from The Ohio State University.
While working on his post graduate degrees, Michael also pursued his passion for bodybuilding. He worked closely with some of the top pro athletes in his field, from names like John Meadows, Kevin LeVorne, Toney Freeman, Mike Francois, Lee Haney, and Lee Preist.
After graduation, Michael stayed in the fitness industry for over 25 years, helping to open and manage gyms across the country.
Moving to Lexington, Michael decided to open a small, specialized studio offering fitness training, nutritional counseling, hormone balancing, and rehabilitation with the emphasis on functional movement, balance, and athletic performance.
